Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• The Desi Ghee must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the Product: Securely pack the Desi Ghee in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used Desi Ghee.
• Products not in their original condition or packaging.
• Exchanges:
  We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
• Damaged or Defective Products:
  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
